Edwin Waters Jr. was born and raised in the City of Brotherly Love. He attended Arcadia University where he obtained a dual degree in criminal justice and business management. Early on, Edwin knew he wanted to protect and serve his community while also exercising his love for entrepreneurship and financial literacy, but didn’t quite know how to combine his two passions.
It wasn’t until after a game of Monopoly that he found his true purpose in residential investing. At only 28 years old, Edwin has an investment portfolio that exceeds over 500k. His clients range from first-time buyers and sellers to seasoned real estate experts. He gets them the best deal while making sure they’re fully informed and protected throughout the entire process. Edwin also helps at-risk communities and first-generation home owners by teaching them about financial literacy through his mentorship programs and financial literacy workshops. On Edwin’s spare time, he enjoys coaching his son’s little league football team and spending time with his family.
